1. Free Trial Period
Before purchasing any subscription, all new users are eligible for a free trial period of 7 to 15 days. During this trial, you can explore all major features and functionalities of Worflik ERP to ensure it fits your business needs.
- No payment is required during the trial period.
- Users can cancel at any time before the trial ends without incurring any charges.
Note: We encourage all users to fully utilize the trial period to test the system, as no refunds will be issued once a paid subscription begins.
2. No Refund Policy
Once a user subscribes to a paid plan after the trial period, the payment is considered non-refundable, regardless of usage or circumstances. This policy is in place because:
- Users are given ample time (7 to 15 days) to evaluate the system before payment.
- Subscription charges are associated with resources allocated to your account (e.g., data storage, user access, account provisioning, security).
Important Note: We do not provide partial or full refunds for:
- Early cancellation of the subscription within the billing period.
- Lack of usage or dissatisfaction after the trial has ended.
- Downtime caused by third-party services or factors beyond our control.
3. Subscription Billing & Duration
- All subscriptions are based on a 30-day billing cycle.
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Users may receive email reminders before renewal, where applicable.
