Definitions
"WORFLIK" – refers to our cloud-based ERP software.
"User", "you", or "your" – refers to the company, organization, or individual using the Software.
"We", "us", or "our" – refers to Fission Monster.
Access and Usage
Access to WORFLIK requires creating an account with basic credentials (company name, email, phone, password). Each account is considered the Admin. Staff roles with restricted permissions can be assigned by the Admin. A single subscription license may be used by multiple users within the same company or department. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Subscription and Payments
WORFLIK is offered under monthly and yearly SaaS subscriptions, priced transparently on our website. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a payment is processed. There are no hidden charges. Any add-ons or premium features are clearly listed and priced separately. Payments are accepted via credit card and bank transfer.
Features & Support
The core features of WORFLIK include: Accounts Management, HR Module, Inventory Control, and Point of Sale (POS). Optional add-ons are available at extra cost. Email support is free for all users. Screen-sharing support is free for the first 15 minutes per session, then charged at $100/hour. All software updates are included free of cost.
Data Privacy & Security
We collect only necessary data: company name, email, phone number, and password. We do not collect business, financial, or customer data from your ERP operations. All data is encrypted and stored in secure data centers. We comply with GDPR and similar international data protection regulations. We never share user data with third parties, including government authorities, unless required by law.
Uptime, Liability & Warranties
WORFLIK is backed by a 100% uptime SLA. However, scheduled maintenance and unforeseeable technical issues may occur. Your data is backed up regularly across multiple global servers. Despite our best efforts, we do not assume liability for data loss or interruptions due to unforeseen technical events.
Warranties:
The software is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We warrant that the software will perform materially in accordance with the documentation provided. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or that all defects will be corrected.
Prohibited Uses
Users may not resell, redistribute, or modify WORFLIK, except as permitted under enterprise-specific agreements. Usage of WORFLIK for illegal, harmful, or malicious activities is strictly prohibited.
Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice if: the software is used for illegal or fraudulent purposes; attempts are made to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the software; or false business identities or misleading data are entered to manipulate usage terms. Users may cancel their account at any time. Upon termination, all user data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email about changes. Continued use of WORFLIK constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If users disagree, access to the software will be revoked.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
